Are the wooden kits much harder than the metal ones? I've only done Metal Earth before.

The wooden ones can be trickier with tiny pieces fitting just right, and sometimes you need to sand them a bit. Metal Earth is more about bending tabs.

I returned a kit once because I accidentally ordered two of the same. It was pretty straightforward, just make sure it's unopened and you contact them within a month or so.

From my experience, those 'buy X get Y' deals are usually automatic discounts, and you can't stack a separate coupon code on top. It's one or the other.

I've tried that before. The system usually only lets you pick one discount. So if the B2G1 is better, go for that, otherwise use your 15% code.

Most kits don't include tools. You usually need to grab those precision tweezers and maybe some cutters yourself. They sell them though.

Nah, just the parts. You'll want some good small pliers or tweezers and maybe a hobby knife for the wood ones.

I've built both! DIY 3D Puzzles' wooden kits are quite similar in terms of detail and mechanical bits to Ugears. Some even feel a bit more intricate, if you like a challenge.
